As we value the security of your product, all items are insured and shipped using trackable worldwide postage through our partners at An Post

Our partners at An post estimate allowing for the following shipping times.
Ireland: 1-3 days
UK/Europe: 3-7 days
US/Canada: 5-10 days
Rest of the world: 5-15 days

Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world may take longer depending on the location.
As shipping is outside of our control, these delivery times can not be guaranteed.

Items in stock will be shipped with in 3-5 days after being processed, however some pieces will take longer depending on the processing time.

Please keep in mind that once the delivery arrives in your country, there may be additional delays due to customs handling and processing, which is out of our control.
There may be some customs and import duties on some overseas deliveries which you will be liable to cover.

As all our products will be sent by registered post, we will not be able to post to P.O. boxes due to the delivery needing to be signed off on.
As our products are sent by registered post, they are insured until its signed by you.

All our pieces are shipped in elegant presentation boxes that is cushioned with paper straw inside a strong and durable branded postal box. All Pieces are packaged with an anti-tarnishing tab and necklaces are pinned down using jewellery pins to prevent them getting damaged in shipping.

You will need your shipping registration number, which was sent to you in your confirmation email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How We Do It
If you would like to return your purchase, please do so within 14 days of delivery. Please email info@ladlindesigns.com to inform us that you would like to return an item. We will refund returned items once they are returned unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.

You will have 14 days after contacting us in relation to returning the item, in which to have it sent back.
​
We recommend that returns be posted back by insured and registered post as we can not take responsibility for items until they have been received, please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the product or boxes
​
Postage for returned products must be covered by the customer.
​
Customised and custom made pieces may not be returned.
​
Once we have received the returned item, we will notify you and provided everything is in order, any sum debited from your bank account will be credited back in 30 days of your order being returned minus any carrier charges incurred by us inward or outward (i.e. in the case where free shipping has been given, the actual amount will be deduced.)

We thoroughly check each piece before we ship it to you. However, we are human. In the unlikely event that you find a fault due to manufacturing of the product, we will replace, repair the item or reimburse you in full including return postage. However Any item not in its original condition or is damaged, not due to our error and any item that is returned after more then 14 days after delivery is non-refundable.

HALLMARKING
Our Store Policy
Under Irish law, all articles made from precious metals (i.e. Silver, gold, platinum) have to be hallmarked by the assay office. This is to ensure that you, the customer, are receiving the exact quality and purity of precious metals used in the production of our products
At Ladlin Designs all our products are assayed and marked with our Makers Mark to assure you that you are receiving nothing but the highest quality and purity of 100% recycled sterling silver used in the production of our jewellery.

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Ladlin Designs, We accept responsibility for the workmanship and quality of the materials supplied by us but will not be responsible for any loss or damages beyond our control such as emotional value, fluctuation of material value or any expenses incurred as a result of the inappropriate use or mishandling of our products. By agreeing to use our services you agree to these terms and conditions and use our services at your own risk.
